

Logan Card
Logan has spent three years as a skills trainer with Pure Sweat Basketball, and served four years on staff at the Forrest Larson "Take it to the Rim" Camp, known for its intense skill focused instruction.
As a player at Prairie Ridge High School, Logan was part of back-to-back FVC Championships and a Regional Championship in 2016, while also setting the school's single-season assist record.
He is currently an Assistant Coach at McHenry High School where he has been helping guide and mentor student-athletes for the past two seasons.

Clark Cunningham
A former standout basketball player and current coach based in Cary, Illinois.
A 2020 graduate of Cary-Grove High School, he was the point guard of their 31-3 basketball team. Clark went on to play at Ripon College, where he helped lead the team to the conference tournament every year during his four years there.
After graduating, he returned to Cary-Grove to begin his coaching career, where he now works with young athletes in the McHenry County area, helping them develop their skills and love for the game.

Ryan Sroka
Ryan played at Huntley High School where he earned all-state, all-area and all-conference honors. He scored 1,200 points in his prep career and pulled down 542 rebounds as a four-year letter winner and three-year starter.
Ryan scored 1,100 career collegiate points in 4 years at Illinois Wesleyan University, including 3 conference championships, and was a 2-time captain.
He attended Missouri S&T University for his 5th year. Started every game and averaged 11.1 ppg shooting 38% from 3 and 48% from the floor.

Adam Pump
A proud alum of Crystal Lake Central High School, Adam brings a relentless work ethic and a deep-rooted passion for player development to his role as a trainer with Pure Sweat Basketball.
Following his high school career, Pump worked as a manager at Central Michigan University. His experience as a college manager further shaped his commitment to skill development and game preparation, laying the foundation for his coaching journey.
Pump is currently a member of the St. Patrick High School Basketball staff coming off of a 29-8 season and a trip to the Class 3A Final Four.
As part of the Pure Sweat Basketball team, Adam specializes in building confident, skilled players through purposeful training and game-transferable development. His approach is rooted in the same principles that defined his playing career: discipline, precision, and gaining a competitive edge.

Corky Card
Coach Card has spent years helping athletes grow both on and off the court. His coaching journey has included roles at the youth, high school, and developmental levels where he has built a reputation for being passionate, energetic, and committed to teaching the game the right way.
Coach Card has spent most of his adult life as a high school head coach and has worked with boys and girls from 2nd grade through college.
At McHenry, Coach Card has been instrumental in advancing the basketball program, focusing on skill development, team culture, and preparing athletes to compete at a high level. His ability to connect with players, break down complex concepts, and instill confidence has made him a trusted mentor for athletes of all ages.
He has also coached and worked camps at top tier programs including Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and DePaul and specializes in individual skill development, game-read decision making, and long-term athlete growth.

Tom Mueller
Coach Mueller has spent the last 38 years working with players at the youth and high school level to help them develop their skills, mental toughness, and work ethic in pursuit of their goals. His belief is that these principles will build the foundation for a lifetime of strong achievement.
He has spent the past 28 years coaching basketball at Crystal Lake Central High School. He has also coached for 10 years in the CLC Baseball Program, having served as the head coach for 3 of those 10 years.
As a young athlete, he was selected as a Chicago T ribune Prep All-Star and an All-Conference selection in football and basketball in the Mid-Suburban League, and was a varsity baseball player at Forest View High School in Arlington Heights.
He received a basketball scholarship to Quincy University, and after transferring to Aurora University, he finished his collegiate career on the baseball field as an All-Conference catcher and team captain hi final 2 seasons.

Drew Hanlen
Drew Hanlen is the CEO of Pure Sweat Basketball and a renowned NBA Strategic Skills Coach & Consultant. He has worked with over 25 NBA and pre-draft players, including stars like Bradley Beal, Zach LaVine, Andrew Wiggins, and David Lee.
From a young age, Drew studied the game obsessively-recording and analyzing Michael Jordan's every move before heading to the court to replicate them. He went on to play college basketball as a guard for Belmont University.
After college, Drew founded Pure Sweat, a basketball training company with Skills Coaches nationwide. The brand offers training products, weekly instructional videos, and a mentorship program for players and coaches at all levels.
Today, Drew is not only a trusted trainer to NBA talent, but also a sought-after keynote speaker-bringing the same passion and precision to the stage that he's brought to the court.

Pure Sweat COO & Facility Owner
Coach Czes
Coach Czes grew up in Crystal Lake and played football, basketball and baseball at Central HS. He began coaching in 1995 while a sophomore at Arizona State University and fell in love with coaching.
He returned home in 1998 and worked in technology for D47 while serving as an assistant baseball and basketball coach at CLC. He then spent 2 years at Judson University as their Network Administrator and assistant basketball coach before returning to CLC in 2003 to serve in tech.
In 2006, he was named Head Boys Basketball Coach at CLC and served in that role until 2019, resigning after 20 years and 30 seasons of coaching basketball and baseball for the Tigers. He left CLC as the all-time leader in basketball games coached (369) and 2nd all-time in wins (171) over the 93-year history of the school.
After leaving the Tech Department at CLC in 2009 to work at Fast Model, he remained the head coach at CLC. He worked there until 2012 when Better Basketball tabbed him as their CEO. After a successful run at Better Basketball, Rich took on his current role with Pure Sweat Basketball as their COO in 2015. He is a regular speaker on the basketball clinic circuit in the US, as well as having presented at clinics and camps in Belgium and London.
His passion for helping make the lives of coaches and players easier has led him to serve on the Boards of both the Illinois and National HS Basketball Coaches Associations. He owns Rising Coaches and is a member of the NHSBCA Court of Honor.
